For any dissatisfaction with our services, we offer a refund within 7 days of your session. Our goal is to ensure you feel supported and valued throughout your experience with us.

• The Virtual Tele-Consultation Vector: To facilitate seamless global accessibility, individual mentorship sessions and long-term retainer containers are hosted securely via a private, high-definition digital video link or secure audio channel.

• Absolute Non-Disclosure Policy: To guarantee the total professional and personal safety of our high-profile clients, contactees, and corporate executives, all shared phenomena, lineage data, and consultation records remain protected under strict, non-negotiable administrative privacy firewalls.

• The 72-Hour Cancellation Rule: Because session blocks are held exclusively for your global timeline mapping, appointments canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours of initialization are subject to a 100% processing fee.

• The Safety Security Filter: To protect the privacy and physical safety of our mobile curators, all session slots are held tentatively pending standard manual administrative identity verification and security clearance.
